What kind of experience do I need?
We are looking for franchisee partners with multi-unit, full-service restaurant experience who can operate multiple restaurants in a given market.
How long does it take to become a franchisee?
The time needed to become a franchisee will vary by circumstance. We follow a process where you will receive all necessary information you need to make an informed decision.
How much money can I make as an Oak & Stone franchisee?
While we are not able to make representations about individual success or profit, Item 19 of our current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) provides certain historical financial information regarding existing Oak & Stone restaurants. Please fill out the interest form above to request a copy of our FDD.
Does Oak & Stone offer any financing?
No, we do not offer financing to franchisees at this time.
How big will my restaurant be?
Our company-owned locations range from 6,300 to 8,000 square feet (including outdoor space). We are flexible and will work with you to determine the right restaurant square footage for any approved site.
Will you help me find a location for my Oak & Stone franchise?
As a franchisee, you will submit a Site Report on a site of your choice for our review and acceptance. In this review, we will look at your territory, number of restaurants to develop, location size, available parking, traffic patterns, visibility, the competitive set, and other factors in accepting a location.
As an Oak & Stone franchisee, what training and support will I receive?
Oak & Stone franchisees will receive hands-on training on our systems and hospitality in order to help you succeed. This includes an initial training program, opening training team, and ongoing support.
What is the availability of opportunities in my area?
As of today, there are virtually no geographic limitations on franchise opportunities.
How long does it take to open an Oak & Stone restaurant?
Opening time will vary per location. However, we expect the timeline to be 12-15 months from the date of signing the Franchise Agreement to opening.
*This information reflects the Average Net Sales for the 5 affiliate-owned Oak & Stone Restaurants operating during the entire trailing fiscal 12-month period from December 28, 2022 through January 2, 2024. Three (or 60%) attained or surpassed the Average Net Sales stated above. See Item 19 of our 2024 FDD for additional information. Your individual financial results may differ. There is no assurance that you will sell or earn as much.
